Lies and the run around! Booked tour on final day of trip and promised would return to hotel in time for check out. The bus arrived late. Upon arrival at Pearl Harbor, the driver said the bus would leave a full hour AFTER we were told we would be back at the hotel. The company refused to get us back. Forced to leave without experiencing the tour and paid out of pocket for Uber. Hotel activities desk that booked trip said do what you have to do. Unprofessional! Pointed the finger at the driver stating he was “new”. Given a number to call that was not answered and went to voicemail. Told no refund and if I disputed charge, booking agent would be screwed (exact language) because they are going to get their money either way. Skip this company and use someone else.

Awesome tour, well worth the price. Big Tony was our tour guide, what an awesome guide! I don’t know what you pay Tony but he deserves a pay raise. I can’t say enough good things to say about the tour and Big Tony. Thank you for a great day.
