They keep losing my travel paperwork. I tried to explain I confirmed travel THEY HUNG UP ON ME.

Mostly good service and pleasant drivers. Some barely speak clear english. This can cause some real miscommunication. Always came within 10 minutes of call and they knew me by name by the 2nd day.

We were left stranded at 10 at night because the operator never assigned us a driver. We called after finishing dinner and operator said someone would pick us up in 10 minutes. We waited 35 minutes and called the operator back and they said a driver wasn’t ever assigned. We told him we would just call an Uber instead and he said “he wouldn’t discourage us from doing so” and then hung up on my fiancé. Don’t bother with this company, they don’t even have a hint of customer service. You’re better off using Uber and meeting some wonderful locals.

I would recommend anyone looking for a cab to LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! We called for a cab, the operator told us it would be 10 minutes for someone to pick us up. After about 35 minutes of radio silence, we called back only to be told that there was "never anyone assigned to us." The operator went as far as HANGING UP ON ME when I asked how long it would be for someone to get us and if we were better off ordering an Uber... I'm glad we called when we did or we'd have been waiting even longer for nothing. We chose Uber and 8 minutes later, we were all en route to our destination. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
