The Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters

I've had great experiences at this store. Employees and friendly and helpful and love to support their cause to treat people with addictions. They have great sales and deals on their clothing and prices are affordable. Not crazy overpriced like some thrift stores. It's a small store but you can find gems here. They redid the floor plan and it's much more spacious now

Review number of Five for Salvation Army in the capitol town of Aloha State!   While enjoying Starbucks usual child size hot chocolate, go to the starbucks.com/responsibi…, I thought I do an update!I see Jerry P refuses believe Salvation Army is church!  I guess you Jerry P will spit in my kettle, sad!  Salvation Army is church, founded year 1865 by William Booth and Catherine Mumford Booth!  The kettles were started in my neighbor town San Francisco year 1891!Glad help any Food Bank glad help any Salvation Army Corps!  Read my other reviews, my Salvation Army has me "trained" right, children need help all twelve months not just November and not just December!  Any that I write, helps the children that town that state, in this situation the capitol town of Hawaii, Aloha State!  Yes people, we at Salvation Army are a church!  As say our founder and his "bride" were at first Methodist ministers!

Salvation Army certainly is a noble and helpful organization and has been for many, many years.  Which is why I was disappointed with the assistance I received when I applied for Utility Assistance from their Social Service office.  I was interviewed and provided everything but a copy of my HECO Bill which I faxed the following day.  I was informed all was fine and they could assist with 1 month.  However, I didn't hear from them again.  I called and emailed repeatedly, to no avail.  Not one reply.  Two weeks passed and my electric is about to be shut off.  The employee I originally spoke to I FINALLY caught him in the office and he told me that a check would be issued and sent within days. That hasn't happened. Again, I called the number to reach him which has a voicemail of an employee that has long since left... Man, just give me SOMEONE who can help me and have their word COUNT for something, PLEASE! THIS GOOSE CHASE IS EXHAUSTING!
