I just had THE MOST HELPFUL experience at any UPS store I've ever been to. Huge thanks to Kaylee for taking care of me! I stopped in just to see if I could get a custom box made. After my failed attempts to explain, she patiently let me know the best option was to bring in everything I wanted to send in the one box. I came back with everything, and she continued to help me. It became apparent that I would indeed need a custom box. She gave me a quote very quickly, informed me she would pack it AND that I could leave it with her for USPS to pick up. I had a prepared label from USPS made already for the items I was shipping. Fantastic customer service! Thank you again Kaylee!

I've only been on the island for 2 months and I've been there 4 or 5 times. The employees are always so nice and helpful! I called 8 minutes before closing. I had paid for a USPS label and THEN found out it had to be printed by midnight. I asked of she would print it for me to pick up tomorrow. The young lady didn't say the computer was already shut down or the label printer wouldn't have time to warm up or anything I expected. She said, "Sure, I can do that!" And she didn't sound aggravated either!! Another time, a young man came out the door after me to tell me where I might be able to find the service he heard me ask about but they don't do there. I like this store very much.
