This company is hired by a businesses management to protect their assets. For the most part, theyve been professional. However, one employee (young with glasses) who provides security for the Windward Mall has been cited for harassment on at least three occasions and the mall management states they can only do so much at some point Secuirtas Management should perform a review of employees. It is not unheard of for harassment to lead to altercation and subsequent assault. I recommend reconsideration or at least vetting the employees if you decide to use Securitas for security management.

indeed, you usually get what you pay for, however, in this case, you get far less than what you pay for! Besides a false sense of security, you're getting harassed by the very people you pay!

I had a flat tire in the parking at waikele shopping center and I asked the securitas if I can barrow their air compressor and the supervisor of course said No.

I work at a warehouse that has parking stalls on open private road.Road patrol tells me I can't be parked at a private parking lot and that I need to leave. Then takes a picture of my vehicle. Although I did say this area is where I work and that I just stopped to eat my food. Female guard said she was going to call the cops which I advised her to do so. Then drives off. Com'on train y'all guard right

The security at Kapilina is a joke, nobody is screened and residents are harassed.  The professionalism at the gate is nonexistent.  While there is vandalism, break-ins, and theft throughout the unit, our ace security team is issuing tickets and tow threats for residents parking on their own yard to unload groceries.  Then, when other members of our home drive through the gate, she stops them to brag that she just left a ticket on your roommates car.  So proud, so immature.  Guess you get the level of intelligence you pay for‍
