Tropical Roofing & Raingutters

Spoke with a woman named Susan. She denied me services. This company works with Self Help Hoising Corpoation of Hawaii to install raingutters on homes belonging to low income families. I was one of those families. Self Help wrongly terminated me and has since been calling all contractors to stop work I've already paid for to include my raingutters. Susan said she rather deny me services then lose her contract with Self Help. By doing this she is supporting the injustice that is happening to me. I told her I would pay again and she still denied me services. I am a single mother of 3 children and in the national guard and trpicL raingutters are standing by a organization that is doing injustice.

called them twice for an estimate. never returned my call. so went with someone else.

Although it was in the 1990's, these guys replaced my parents roof. My mom made them food daily, gave them drinks, treated them old school style. The roof was fine, but in the end, the very sketchy looking workers stole my entire Craftsman tool set, work lights, and extension cords. They were the only persons allowed in the garage to eat and get out of the sun. And my father would diligently close the garage once they were done. I found it strange that on the last day they parked their flat bed truck almost all the way into the garage, almost hitting the ceiling. My parents did not want to accuse them, and told me not to pursue, but now that they have both passed away, I need to let people know. Those workers from back then might not be working there anymore, but I just wanted to make it known the type of workers this company did hire back then, and may still be hiring. Be cautious.

they came out and performed an under warranty repair. Promptly without hassle. we will use again.
