*****It appears this restaurant is closed!!! The orange chicken has never failed me at this restaurant. While other items can be hit or miss, I strongly recommend this dish. If you go toward the close of their day, they give you lots of extra food at no cost because they have to get rid of it. I think they're Fried Chicken is usually pretty good, and their fried rice and Noodles are consistently tasty. The price is reasonable, and if you have to go to Waterfront Plaza for a business and can't get your parking validated, this is the place to go because it is much cheaper than what you would pay for parking. They are always friendly and smiling. Well worth a try if you happen to be down by Restaurant Row.

Update: Inconsistent. Down a star, because food has been hit-or-miss. Still an awesome location, still very nice people. But... Yeah, wish the food was the same quality all the time. ---------------- Great location, beautiful outdoor seating, located in formerly Restaurant Row. Free validated parking, free Wi-Fi. Opens 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Accept credit cards. Reasonable Chinese Fast Food, pretty fresh at 11 o'clock a.m. on a Friday. Not as overly soft or overly salted as other similar places. Well-seasoned. No gloppy sauces, though the standards of batter covered chicken had their usual sauces. Vegetables actually look like vegetables here, with good-sized slices. Nothing tasted frozen, although old reviews on other sites had cited this. The minute chicken was especially good. Shrimp with vegetables was very clean. Had the coffee milk and coconut milk tea, and both were prepared fresh, so there was a bit of a wait (under 5 min) but for freshly made items we never mind a short wait. Minus one star for it being our first time there, so I can't say that it's an amazing place yet-consistency matters. Would return.
