This place is the best when seeking out used restaurant equipment. It's essentially a large warehouse that doubles as a showroom, where they have everything from fryers, to grills, salamanders, refrigeration, to convection ovens. Douglass is extremely helpful, and honest. Once you select the equipment you would like to purchase, he has a technician look it over to see if any work needs to be done, before giving a quote. They have the biggest brands in commercial equipment; Imperial, Vulcan, Cornerstone, and a lot more, where you'll end up paying pennies on the dollar. They don't have anything for sale that's not in excellent condition. If you're looking to open a new restaurant or replace an old piece of equipment, call these guys first.
