Jon helped my family and I find the perfect house. The process of finding the perfect home took some time (upwards of a year due to our tight budgets and "must-haves" we wanted in a home), but Jon remained committed and diligent to explore options and seek out all opportunities. It was only through his perseverance that we found a property that fit all of our tight parameters; budget, location, size, and condition of the property. Since this was a first time home-buying experience for myself and my wife, we were kind of learning as we went along. Jon was extremely knowledgeable of each property we would visit and was patient as my wife and my priorities changed during the home-buying process . Jon conducted thorough due diligence before each property visit and was an amazing resource in helping us make the right decision. Again, the expertise of the Hawaii market that Jon shared with us was above and beyond what I could have expected and ultimately was essential in us finding our home.
