This shopping center has been going downhill for years now:
There are hundreds of potholes in the parking lot.
The sidewalks are filthy! Especially the areas in front of the restaurants-there is a layer of black crud over entire sidewalk. You can tell it hasn't been power washed in years.
Grass is always overgrown and plants are half dead.
Trash cans are always filled to overflowing and the homeless hanging out don't help the situation.
The neglect and lack of proper maintenance are most evidently apparent when this center is compared to Hawaii Kai Town Center. Boy, the difference is unbelievable!
Shame on Dunhill Management for making this place an embarrassment to Hawaii Kai and too bad you don't care and do things the right way!
