I got the classic short cake with strawberries and creme. Absolutely no pancake will ever be able to compare to how amazing this was. It was perfectly cooked, fluffy, warm...everything you can imagine and hope for in a pancake. However, the real pleasure of the night was our waitress Sandra. She was absolutely amazing and very attentive. I would return just for her, the food being AMAZING and HUGE portions is just an added bonus! P.s..... they have to flip the pancakes with a pizza pan it's so big!

Excellent restaurant in the Hilton. Great breakfast and great service! The gluten free mochi pancakes are amazing! They are made on the same griddle, so not a good option if you're sensitive to cross contamination. But, wow! And a fun selection of island drinks. Highly recommend. Park at the hotel valet, which is only $3 for 3 hours with the restaurant validation. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

We love this place, every time we visit Oahu we must stop here and have our Chicken and waffles. great food, great service and very friendly environment.
