image Keith Matsunaga was very rude and nasty with my wife. I dont recommend doing business with this company. I will be dealing with Apria from now on.

image We ended up not needing the equipment, but they were diligent in trying to get it to us as efficiently as possible, which, if we HAD needed it for discharge, would have made the process much easier.

image They sell cheap breakable Chinese powered wheelchair and scooters to bad insurance companies (i.e HMSA etc) to their patients. Ed their nurse is lazy he likes to ask for help to organize his inventory and then backstab that person that helped. He also doesn't want to help patients' caregivers any additional instructions because he will say, " Oh I don't get paid for this extra work." He also cannot carry things, when I used to work there he'll be asking me to carry the lighter boxes like an empty box because he rather sit on his desk doing nothing but talking on his phone. There's a kid that physically work there and he gets cursed out a lot by the owner.

image UPDATE: Although Ivan, in the mobility devices department, has tried very hard to be helpful, I've been left stranded multiple times with defective scooters. PacMed has no qualified mechanic to make any repairs, so their answer has typically been to change out the battery, which doesn't fix the real issue. One time, after numerous times of being stranded, Ivan changed my scooter out for the next model up. That worked for awhile. But then it started doing the same thing, leaving me stranded. It's not like I can just have a friend pick me up - the scooter, even broken down into multiple pieces, is very heavy and bulky. I'm disabled and have limited use of my legs Pushing the scooter while in neutral is extremely hard because I have to stand next to it to push and even on a good day my legs aren't strong enough to push and many of the sidewalks aren't wide enough to fit next to the scooter. I could get into a lot more detail, but no need. Let me just get to the last two times it broke down. After I finally got it home, they brought me a few new sections. It broke down again leaving me stranded nowhere near anyplace someone could drive up to it, leaving me pushing it yet again, up a short hill, and driving it backwards because it would go in reverse. And you could smell something burning. PacMed (Ivan) said he had a used one that had been returned because the user had died. He brought it out to me and it was MY OLD ONE. He said that they didn't have anymore and hadn't been able to get any since COVID. At that point I asked him to have someone pick it up and give me paperwork saying I had given it back to them. When they picked it up, the paperwork said they were delivering one to me, not picking up my broken one. I didn't sign where it said received by. Instead I wrote on the invoice that I was returning a defective one and signed there.
Still waiting to hear back from them, a month later.

Although I had a great deal of problems with PacMed in years past, they have certainly improved!!! I needed a hospital bed and they got it right out to me. The man who set it up asked how high I wanted it and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about it.
At the same time I needed a mobility scooter. Poor [Ivan] PacMed had to come out weekly and sometimes more because it kept leaving me stranded. They changed parts on it, brought me new ones, but they were all from the same batch. Finally, they upgraded me to a better one and I haven't had a single problem with it. Although it wasn't their fault, the man in charge of the mobility department would even come after hours and at one point gave me his personal number so I could call if I got stranded. He went above and beyond to get me up and running.

image They were nice in the beginning soon as they got me in they lacked allot I felt as if they did not care. Its not them suffering walking in a big prostetic for 6 months no call no set up appointments just called them but no set times Im looking for new prostetic company Im leaving this one quickly because we are just a number and to talk to them they say one thing never come through its a shame they do this to us but always other options. Cant be waiting on ghost calls every month sorry Edison I hope things get better but I waited long and you said on phone you would send me more pads for my oversized prosthetic but my China mail came in faster then Honolulu and a month later still no pads its sad we talked on phone you sounded nice but I need more then nice I need a prosthetic builder that dont give run around.
