Moon Physical Therapy

My daughter tore her ACL last year and the therapists at Moon PT Kailua were so helpful. They assisted with her pre-surgery therapy and post-surgery therapy. They were beyond helpful in assisting with her recovery. I would fully recommend them for anyone who is in need of physical therapy. They are well trained, knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful.

Update: don't know what's going on with this location, but I ended up calling their location in Mililani and got a hold of someone! She was very nice and patient with all of my questions. Been calling the number and it doesn't work!

This place breaks the mold for customer service in the land of "Hawaii Time." Like clockwork, my appointments were always confirmed ahead of time; and rescheduling/cancelling was never a hassle. The therapists were all friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to hand off to another therapist to accommodate an influx of patients. Brendan was my main PT. Whether talking football, anime, or exercises, he laid the foundation for the overall excellent experience at Moon. I highly recommend them to anyone needed treatment! Cliff

Friendly front desk staff. Clean facility. Therapists are knowledgeable and provided great therapeutic modalities to assist in my injury recovery. Highly recommend!
