        I brought the machine bc it wasn’t producing what it suppose to be 9.5 pH, the technicial and the owner are rude, i asked them if they can collect 1 gallon of 9.5 pH from my machine to prove it its working and they refused. After so many exchange if unpleasant conversation the owner called the security guard. Kangen machine is a scam and part of it is the pyramid scheme. Don’t go to this store bc they don’t know how to treat customer with respect and don’t listen to complaint….
