Our return policy has remained the same for over 20 years. Our Manger whom you call out has been with us for over 20 years as well. She would not give out false information as she is one of our longest, most valued, and trusted employees. It is our policy that you can exchange within 7 days with original receipt, which our owner told you over the phone, along with the employee that you talked to in person when you return. Which you declined both. If you change your mind about doing an exchange, within 7 days of original purchase date and original receipt, we would be glad to assist.
