Fresco Italian Restaurant

My family and I recently visited this restaurant, anticipating a pleasant breakfast together. Unfortunately, our experience was far from welcoming, particularly disappointing as we had a baby with us. Upon arrival, we patiently waited about 15 minutes for a table. However, to our dismay, a group that arrived after us was seated immediately, bypassing the wait. When I inquired about the apparent oversight, the response I received was shockingly rude. The staff member suggested that if I found any aspect of their service unsatisfactory, I was free to seek breakfast elsewhere. This interaction not only left a sour taste but also reflected poorly on the restaurants customer service standards. Its disheartening to see such disregard for guest satisfaction and basic courtesy, especially towards families. Regrettably, this experience compels me to suggest others consider alternative venues where hospitality and respect are more than just words.

Exceedingly amateur wait staff made a 3 star meal a 2 star experience. Prices do not represent the low effort and lack of quality in both the food and the service. This is a management level issue. This form of food service comes from managers who cut corners and improperly train their workers on a consistent basis.

Excellent dinner at Fresco! Great service in a great location at Hilton Waikiki Village. Reasonably priced considering the location. I had the pasta with lobster and shrimp, which had lots of both mixed in the creamy tomato sauce over gluten free pasta. They could make most dishes GF by subbing the pasta. My husband loved his chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Brussel sprouts were delicious. Definitely recommend. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Went for breakfast. Not good. Looked like only thing that was made on grill was scrambled eggs. Tater tots, sausage and bacon seem to have come from heated frozen food. Only two servers so waiting line was long. Waitress was good. Pricey for what you get but still cheaper than resort restaurants. Location was good next to Hilton resort.
