        Just called to find out about if my family health insurance updated and they be responding to me fast, and Im very glad because one time you have to wait or Older and shootings they put you in hold.

        I had a medical bill issue saying I had to pay the full amount which was a lot and it said that my insurance didn't respond to the bill. So I called UHA customer service and spoke to Rachel about my situation, I gave her the information she needed and that she will call them about this bill. Within 30 minutes I get a call back from Rachel and said that the billing issue will be corrected and reissue new bill. I was so happy and very grateful for Rachel's help on this matter. Thank you again Rachel and UHA health.
