The lady who pierced my daughters ears was so obnoxiously talking so fast, like slow down you robot!! & learn to listen, kept cutting me off. Horrible customer service from that lady. But the other staff & the manager are so sweet!

Genuinely the worst retail experience ive ever had. I came into the store to browse cute things since ive been personally down lately but the assistant manager of the store was extremely rude and inhumane towards me. I cant believe a grown woman can act in such disgusting ways to people. If she continues working there I pray for her sake she goes through some HR sensitivity and attitude training.

Walked through the entire store and was not acknowledged by either woman at register. Instead got to hear all about sales goals which had their entire attention.
