        How can I rate the establishment on the quality of their food if I cannot get in to order anything? 2nd time now over the span of 3 months that I've come during open hours with the store sign flipped to open only to find the door locked and no employee inside. A 3rd instance prior to these, the store was closed almost an hour early. Super not cool.
