I moved in to my new apartment in Waikiki and the carpets were professionally cleaned from what I was told. It looked like it might have been spot cleaned at best, and there was a big red stain. I wanted to feel comfortable having people over in my new place so I found Black Diamond Cleaning on Google. Tyler came out and explained what I could expect in a cleaning. He had a special solution with a iron that pulled the red stain right out. He then steam cleaned my condo. When finished I was so happy because the carpet looked branded new and had those cleaning patterns that really show that a professional cleaned the carpet. I will be referring them to my friend and calling for my tile and carpet to be cleaned again. Im so happy my carpet matches my beautiful view!
