        Fun experience... great value!

        This would’ve probably been a 5 star experience if the Asian male crew member with long hair wasn’t there. Gosh, he was rude when we tried to talk to him and was being such a smart a**. All the other members were great! Snorkeling was fun but the Asian guy definitely needs to up his customer service game if he wants to work in this industry. I witnessed him being rude to others as well. He totally ruined it for us.

        We were very satisfied and had a great time with most of the staff on the trip EXCEPT with the “Steve Aoki” looking guy. When we would ask him questions he was sarcastic and rude while the other three guys were really polite and easygoing. He also seemed rude towards random people on the beach when docking the boat. If you want to enjoy this ride, try to avoid the asian guy so he won’t ruin the experience. Otherwise, pretty good deal and a must-do activity when in Waikiki.
