It wasnt heaven on earth for me!!I booked a deep tissue massage, when I got into the room I told the masseuse my target areas, she asked if I wanted to upgrade to a deep tissue  I was like "thats what I scheduled!"  They had me for Swedish massage...FRIST WRONG! So she starts and its nice but she's focusing on one area only!! I had to tell her again half way through cuz I thought "ok she will get to it, let her do her thing" but she never moved to my other area...SMH so I had to tell her again which I hate to do!! She ended up bruising my shoulder because she never moved areas  NOT HEAVEN NOT RELIEF!! I also got a body wrap which was nice. It was supposed to be coconut but she said it was blueberry that day  and it comes with a scalp massage which she did for a short time, I didnt think it was 15mins of scalp massage, but the shower after was nice!One thing I hate about massage places like that is they never listen to where I want them to focus on and everytime I talk myself into trying again somewhere different, it still happens!  I pretty sure im speaking english here!!!! HOE needs to train better, and make sure their masseuses understand english and direction.

Did the mommy to be spa package, with a massage, facial and pedicure. What a relaxing experience! Highly recommend any of their packages. If you do the parking, bring cash. They validate for 3 hours, but if you go past that it can get expensive.

I don't write reviews but my experience here left me shocked. I had to end my massage (which I've never done before) because the male therapist insisted on continuing after I asked him to stop and, as I was pinned to the table under his arms, I got nervous and scared because he insisted on continuing and it made me super uncomfortable. When someone says it's time to stop, that should be sufficient and respected. I kept insisting on ending the session out of fear, and so he finally took his hands off and told me to report to reception. I did as I was told and began to exit the massage area to report my experience to the receptionist, hoping to get a manager on duty (there was none) - what happened next was almost more disturbing than the violation of my request to end the session. I was intercepted by a woman who worked there (who I assumed to be a manager) who asked where I was going - but it wasn't in a helpful way. I said I had to end my session and was told to report to reception and she looked skeptical and escorted me there (no idea why). Still assuming she was a manager, acting on authority, I waited for the receptionist who was on a call however the woman who escorted me just disappeared, then the receptionist also disappeared. I was left shaking and rattled at the reception with no one to voice my concerns to, and worse, I was confused because everyone just scattered and disappeared. The receptionist came back after several minutes and didn't even ask why I was there - she quickly told me that she'd spoken to the owner (I was still politely waiting for a manager to speak to, so this also caught me off guard) and hastily explained that I could be credited, and I had to stop her there. I told her that I didn't even have a chance to explain the reason why I ended my session. The receptionist looked at me blankly and said: "that's ok, the owner already spoke to the massage therapist ". Even more rattled, I then asked why the owner wouldn't care to also talk to the customer about what happened, as any legitimate business would do? The receptionist said "ok, you tell me what happened". I was so rattled by the careless, insensitive nature of the staff on duty, and treatment by the owner about such a serious matter. I asked to have the owner call me instead of issuing a credit, however the staff did not seem to care at all. I am still waiting for a call back from the owner (even though I don't expect one because the customer experience appears to be a non-priority). I took the time to write this review because this is the only place where one can share their customer experience about this business (it was not my intention to make this public). Additionally, I believe that people should be informed about businesses (and business owners) that don't care about their clients' health and safety. I am truly stunned that a female business owner could care so little for women's physical and emotional well-being and safety. Horrible.

Great location, validated parking I think I paid $2 out of pocket. This was my second time getting my haircut by Gene and I will definitely be returning soon! Thanks again for the laughs and a great wash, haircut, blow out and styling! I don't get my hair cut often, but when I do, I'm coming here.  Mahalo nui to Gene and staff for the great experience always!
