Dan and his team provided exceptional service throughout the whole process of moving my IRA to a Self-directed IRA. No question was too small or big for him, he was responsive and professional at every step of the way. It took us a few weeks to finally be knowledgeable and comfortable with the alternative investment path they offer, also compared their firm to other firms, but found NDTCO to offer a more personal service.
As this is an investment alternative than your typical wall street product, we were a bit skeptical at first and did our due diligence on the NDTCO. We found out the founders and team have been in business for many years, which they founded the company as a result of running into the same problem as they did themselves, wanting to take control of one's own retirement fund for more direct investments, versus the traditional method of mutual fund investing. Asking around locally, we also found that Dan has a great reputation in Hawaii in serving his clients. They are also FDIC insured and checked their license that made it reassuring that my funds will be safe with them when not invested.
Once we signed up with NDTCO and were ready to deploy funds to our investments, Adri (asset management team coordinator) was able to immediately fund our investment vehicle in a seamless process.
I couldn't be more happier with the service and quality they offer. I would highly recommend Dan and team at NDTCO.
