Unfortunately I did not have a five star experience with Connie and Yvette. After uploading all my documents including an easy summary page a month before the tax deadline and asking they not wait until the very last day to file, they did. The first draft had so many errors I debated doing my own taxes. I am not an accountant but I have done my own taxes before. Connie admitted to not looking at anything I uploaded in the portal. She said she would not charge me for to make corrections and then it took four more iterations, a call to other accountants to determine how to file one income source and on the final day, they filed. Then they billed be over $1000 despite the previous agreement with Connie. They did correct their bill after my complaint. I spent over six hours correcting their mistakes. I told them if they sent me a fillable version, I could make the corrections myself, but we went back and forth until all the initial mistakes and miscalculations were corrected. These accountants do not know what they are doing, have no attention to detail and are poor communicators. I was hoping to find someone local to do file my taxes as I have previously been using an accountant on the mainland that charged me less than $300. This will be my first and last time I use Ron Dolan and Associates. Hate to leave a bad review, but if you use them, make sure you double check their work!

DO NOT CONTACT THEM TO DO YOUR TAXES! My first experience with Lindsay I was told I could get more on my return and went with their suggestion. In the end their fees were more than the extra return so I ended up paying more. Hardly any communication. When I question the way they operate, I just get ignored and they change subject. Never going back again!

Connie has done my taxes for many years. She will do my taxes in the future. No stress taxes, excellent service!
