Cancelled a reservation at the 11th hour despite knowing there was a possibility of having to cancel at least a month in advance, leaving my partner and I to scramble to find accommodations. Poor communication and little explanation. Always feel bad leaving a negative review, but I want to help other folks avoid the situation we found ourselves in.

While our reservation with Na Pali Properties needed to be cancelled due to the health crisis, the manner and expediency in which they handled the refund was outstanding. We will certainly be doing business with these good and decent people in the future.

I have owned and operated my vacation rental business for 25 years. It is the oldest web based vacation rental business on Kauai. I have known Jane Abramo, the principal broker of Napali Properties, for even longer. This is a woman of the highest integrity with a tremendous amount of heart who conducts her business accordingly. She has helped me numerous times and is someone I truly love for how she has treated me over the years. You can't go wrong trusting her to do well in any capacity you allow her to be of help to you.

I work with Na Pali properties at least once a year, more if I’m lucky. Always an outstanding experience. The service, the staff and the options they provide are top notch. Looking forward to my next visit!
