Groom Room

Hands down the BEST. Brought my GoldenDoodle in for his first cut at over year old. He was matted and I was embarrassed to bring him in. There was no judging (lol) and they took such good care of him! He went in looking like a shag rug, came out looking like a greyhound! But in the BEST way possible. They got rid of ALL his matting and his coat was so amazing!

Friendly and welcoming. We didn't have an appointment but didn't have to wait for our walk in either. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back here, we found our new groomer.

Super Fabulous experience at The Groom Room Doggie Spa in Ewa Beach! We relocated to Island in Dec 2023 and I had an underwhelming experience at a very nearby groomer, so searched for somewhere new. I called them Saturday and the receptionist was soooo helpful and informative, we booked Ariel in for Monday. Their 'standard' mini spa pkg is Ultra Lux in book, with 3 special washes, massages and the necessary butt squeeze and nail trim! Somehow they even managed to do her teeth, including brushing and special dental spray! What totally blew me away though, was they even washed her collar, harness and leash! Dara said they work so hard to get their 'clients' clean, they also want them to leave with clean accessories! Bonus for me is their shop is close to a couple of small, uncrowded beaches, so I was happy while I waited for Ariel to be ready. Highly recommend and well worth the xtra few mins of drive time! We will be back FOR SURE!

I used to love this place but ever since the daughter took over theres been so many charges added that we didnt get before aside from the recent price increase. At checkout, shell tell us the dogs needed this that and the third, and that were being charged for it. She doesnt call in advance to ask if we want it or if were okay with it. She says each of my dogs need a medicated bath took dogs to the vet who says the rashes are likely from the hair cut/blades and they have no skin issues. Yet here we have a groomer who Ive asked multiple times to stop giving my dogs medicated anything because they always come back irritated, and she insists that she will continue giving it if she deems it necessary. Seems super money scheming now & prices are never consistent, ever. Dont ever argue with a customer about what you, a groomer, thinks is best for medicating a dog with anything- thats not your job. Will not be returning.
