From start to finish my experience with them was great! They kept consistent communication while receiving a quote online, while they worked on my vehicle and during their their pick up/drop off service. The quality of their work was great. 10/10 would recommend.

I am blown away at the work and the professionalism of the crew of Big Deal Detailing Hawai’i. They were very prompt and detailed oriented (no pun intended). I can tell that they took extreme care of my vehicle and it shows, because my vehicle looks like a mirror. I feel that the prices appropriate for the work that I had done. I have no complaints whatsoever. I think that Big Deal Deal Detailing Hawai’i is “AWESOME” and most definitely I will be going back. I well tell as many as I can about the work they do and just how outstanding they are. I don’t have enough good things to say except you really need to go with Big Deal Detailing Hawai’i. Do not pass up an opportunity for some outstanding work to be performed on your vehicle.

Highly recommend big deal detail Hawaii!!! There service is very responsive, very good quality and has very good knowledge on different types of detail products both interior and exterior. I have a Toyota Tacoma lifted and my interior was pretty clean to begin with , but I needed to get my interior UV protected. Within 30 mins of looking for a quote on google I got a response. Big Deal Detail Hawaii Was able to accommodate what i was looking for and also different ways for payment too. This companies hard work did not disappoint. I also got a ceramic coating for my exterior. They did an excellent job at the prep work and applying the ceramic coating and till this day my Tacoma still shines. My Tacoma was in good shape but after Big Deal Detail clean my truck it took it the level of excellent or surpassing it. If you're looking for a detailing service with good customers service and help you understand about detailing then Big Deal Detail is the company to go with. We got our vehicle detailed from this company a little less than 2 weeks ago. I was excited to support a local and military business because my husband and I are local and also a military family. They dropped off my vehicle after they had detailed it, it was later in the when my husband and I did a quick walk around the vehicle to inspect it and I was happy with the deep cleaning of the upholstery but upon later inspection we found that they didn’t clean our vehicle thoroughly. There’s so many areas through out the vehicle that they didn’t clean from the cup holders, to the radio, to underneath the radio to the side of the doors and so many surface areas were dirty. We paid them cash around $360+ and even tipped them and to see they didn’t do what we had asked of them is so disappointing. Do not recommend this business. Service: Auto detailing
