I’m not sure what’s going on at your company, but you need to fix it!! We have had to call for our shred pick up for two months in a row now. We are scheduled and paying for twice a month pick up and have gotten none this month. All we are hearing is excuses and “your info has been given to my boss and she will be contacting an authorized person on the account, which you are notâ€. Really, get it together and do what you are paid to do. If you can’t handle that or if something is going on, then you should be professional about it and call your clients to let them know that you are having issues and are working to rectify the situation.
