Absolutely the worst!! Showed up for my appointment an hour early...they confirmed that I was on the schedule. Over an hour later an (obviously) regular client entered the salon and bee-lined to my stylist, taking him from the customer who he was still working on. I overheard "come back in a little while"...not 2 minutes later I wsa informed that there was a "name mix-up" and that they didn't have an appointment for me!?! Given it was my anniversary, this was not a good start. Not only did they completely blow me off, they wasted 2 hours of my time (left work early using vacation time to make this appointment)! Nearly missed our dinner reservation finding someone else (far more professional and accomodating) to do my hair. Terrible service, very disrespectful and rude!

VERY POOR! I got my short haircut with a technician called JULIE. She arrived late to my appointment and in a complete disorganization and mess. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted and she immediately explained that the color was difficult to achieve since it might need various stages. I requested to make it as close as possible to the picture since I wanted to look great for a military ball that same night. Sunday was Mother's Day. Well, she began to cut my hair, measured my head with her hands, trying to look professional and make conversation, and of course I am not looking since I removed my glasses. She said she was having so much fun with the haircut... and when I put my glasses on is when I realized all the fun she had. My hair was cut completely different and too short. She misunderstood the photo! What is the purpose of a photo if it is not for the hairdresser to know what is exactly requested? She apologized, and said what anyone would say: "it will grow back". Yes, but it will no grow enough for tonight isn't it! This nightmare of a haircut costed me $204 (of course, I didn't leave a TIP), which it only looked good for one night, with all the products she applied on me. I almost cried leaving the place. The next day is when I really saw her sloppy and worst haircut of my life! I don't want to judge all the technicians in Bobby and Guy, since I saw another lady having exactly the short haircut she wanted from a photo. Don't go to JULIE, please. She is not competent at all, her ten years of experience means nothing. Is bad that once you sit down in that chair you are at the mercy of that hairdresser who want to have fun and do a sloppy job.
