5/5 "Loved it" I have done my ACL, BLS, and PALS certifications through AMR for the last 3 years. The staff that works here is always professional, always courteous, and always timely. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting my certifications here, and the hands-on training done with appropriate, clean equipment that functions. What a great group of professionals, I will miss AMR are when I leave Hawaii.

Ambulance service was fine. Billing and customer service is a nightmare. Received first bill that didn't use insurance, gave them my insurance info, never received an update and then got a letter saying I had 10 days to pay before they would send it to collections. I paid the day I received the letter, the payment was taken out of my account but they still sent it to collections! They said it can take 10 days to process the payment even though my receipt said it will take 3 days. I called them the day before it should have been sent to make sure my payment was good and thats when they told me it had been sent to collections. You guys need to update your process, no reason I should already have my money taken out but you send it to collections.

No problems with the services rendered, they just don't seem to understand how to properly handle tricare insurance!

Just needed to say the EMT staff that work for AMR are super - the BEST!! My granddaughter is a special child and resides at Kulana in Ewa. Their services are always-always first rate. The team members are very considerate and patient. They project a warm - friendly feeling when handling my granddaughter. Many thanks to all - THANK YOU
