PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! If you're going to need a home inspection call Partin Home Inspections! We just moved from Florida and experienced Home Inspections from one end of the spectrum to the other, Partin Home Inspections, husband and wife team(..love that!) Inspectors Russell and Laura come highly recommended and this is why. First off they are expedient and it was super important that this take place ASAP, as we are needing to close on our home as my husband has a surgery pending. They were notified and responded quickly. Inspector Russell was so kind to explain details to my husband while Inspector Laura explained details to me as she was conducting a water test. My husband and I were just blown away at the time they took with us and how THOROUGH they are and also the extent of their knowledge...we felt like we learned so much as they covered so many issues. All we can say is that this amazing team has the Ethics that we look for when hiring a company. We are extremely impressed with the photos and reporting that they do to document every detail and how fast they delivered the report to us. The fee was absolutely affordable, and a true value for the stunning job that they delivered. If you are trying to decide on a home inspection company in the beautiful regions of Murphy, Hayesville NC, Hiawasee , Blairsville , Young Harris ga. Lake Chatuge , DO NOT HIRE THESE INCOMPETENT inspector s .. If you will view the three pictures displayed above u will see our outside roof line around chimney that is rotted out with a large hole in the roof , the algae n mold directly under the hole in roof on soffit region from the water pouring thru it over time , and finally the picture of our basement ceiling that has been repeatedly saturated with water from the leaky UNREPORTED H O L E IN OUR ROOF ,!! TO MAKE MATTERS W O R S E when we contacted this so called inspection company the inspector RUSSELL COX told us he had contacted his insurance company to make them aware of the situation and they would be taking care of it , even named the insurance co . he had coverage thru , HANOVER. INS. Co. Since that first conversation it has been IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF HIM for the past 30 days !! We have given up at this point from trying to resolve this MOST IMPORTANT MATTER !! I m certain he does not even have liability insurance ! DO NOT TRUST THIS HOME INSPECTION CO. if this can happen to us it can happen TO YOU !! We are so Disgusted from THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE we would hate to see it happen to anyone else ! SEEK A DIFFERENT CO..

What a wonderful company!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have had many home inspections and never meet someone as professional as Russell Cox for Partin Home Inspection. The reports were wonderful and for me not being there at the time of inspection was able to fully understand and was able to see everything with the pictures they took. Every time I had a question he would answer my phone calls and help me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
