Great company to use for property management. They are always prompt and quick to respond to tenant or owner requests. I have been with them 3yrs now, without any complaints. I would highly recommend their services.

We used Amy with Austin Patrick and Associates for renting a home in 2013 and then ultimately purchasing a home the following year. She went above and beyond during both situations so we'd have the best outcome financially. Thankful to have chosen APA and would do it again in a heartbeat.

This property management is the worst! They should be reported to the better business bureau as they are out there to scam potential renters. All they do is collect application fees from clients on a monthly basis on any property that is attractive on the market and at the end, after waiting for days or even weeks without any news or follow up calls from the staff, they just tell you that things did not work out for the property on which you submitted the application. The worse part is that they have collected the application fee ($75 per person; there is no family fee) for every member of the family while the home owner is still responsible to pay his/her mortgage while Austin Patrick is banking off of everyone! Just imagine a house that is sitting idle for an average of 3 months while 10 families of 5 people are paying $75 each for the process ($11,250.00 in just 3 months). Consumers and specifically home owners: Be aware!

I cannot say enough about the whole team at Austin Patrick! I was very nervous about renting my house because of the horror stories that float around, but their team made it an easy process, and I had the best renting experience! In the interim, I was also looking for a house to buy. Amy and Korrin made this stressful process as simple and stress free as possible. My favorite part of my buying experience was the program Gateway! I was able to look on my own online at specific houses that were right for my family before I wasted Amy or Korrin's time. Amy and Korrin both have definitely picked the right profession, because they are incredibly knowledgeable in their field! I have referred many people to Austin Patrick, and will continue to do so in the future!
