From day one I have been nothing but 100% happy with Dr Smith and his team. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can't thank Dr Smith enough for what he has done for me.

This place was unbelievable. I purchased a Groupon because I was interested in trying a chiropractor. I called the appropriate office after I purchased my Groupon. I stated that I had purchased their Groupon and needed to set up an appointment. I set up an appointment and called the day of my appointment to verify. When I spoke to the receptionist on the phone she was borderline rude. When I arrived for my appointment I was not greeted by anyone and just went and sat down after signing in. A girl walked up and handed me a clipboard and pen- I filled out their paperwork and provided my driver's license and insurance card for copying. Let's be clear- at this point I had been there several minutes and no one had even said so much as hello to me. I was then taken to a back room by one of the doctors. She told me that they had tried to cancel their offer with Groupon but that people were still buying them. She then told me that there was really nothing that she could do because they were not offering the same services anymore (I have no idea what she was talking about. It seemed like she was just trying to get out of honoring it.) At no point at during either of the 2 phone calls was I informed that they would not honor my Groupon. Instead, they waited for me to come to my appointment (it was a 20 minute drive one way). Rather than transferring the deal to another site, she said that I should contact Groupon because you would refund my money. When I asked why I couldn't have been told this over the phone I got excuses and she said that she had been dealing with this all day and she was just exhausted. Unbelievable. I would NEVER go here again. Rude and entirely unprofessional.

The staff at superior have helped me in so many ways. The physical medicine with Dr Ken and the great massage therapists have helped me control my rheumatoid arthritis and fibromylgia to be able to have my active life. I cannot say enough wonderful thanks to this great staff.

The care I've received--from the front office staff, to the floor techs, even the nurse practitioners who regularly inject me!!, to the chiropractors, doctor, and physical therapist--has been A+! Superior Healthcare IS Superior to any other medical office I've ever visited. They assess your situation from all angles and come up with a customized "prescription" for your treatment plan, which may change on a day-to-day basis, depending on the patient's problems and progress. Very professional, friendly, and caring.
