My wife and I have been a customer of Derek Good for more than 30 years. Savannah, Courtney, Sabrina and Derek have been absolutely the best to work with, and I have been very pleased with the service and customer satisfaction I have received from this agency
We have our auto, home, and personal insurance policies with Derek and Country Financial. His staff have always done a great job listening to our specific needs and bundling and applying all kinds of discounts possible for us and our kids as they reached driving age. Now each of our kids have their own policies with Derek and are getting the benefits multi-generationally.
I appreciate the fact I can reach my local agency when I need to and be able to communicate with a representative and have my needs addressed. It is very refreshing being able to speak to an actual person on the phone and be greeted by familiar voices, all without long hold times and being passed around from rep to rep.
