Champ Home Inspections are the best home inspection service I’ve ever used! Erik was very detailed and walked us through each issue he found and answering any questions we had along the way. He was great! They are so kind and professional! Very responsive—they reached out even on a Sunday and we’re so helpful to meet our due diligence time frame. If you need a home inspection this is the place to call!

Jim was very responsive when contacted. When he showed up at the location he was very professional and thorough with the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out some things the realtor was not aware of. I received the report the next day. Format of report was easy to read, noting the issues we discussed. Overall, very pleased with the service. I would use Jim again if there was a need in the future, and highly recommend him.

Our experience with Champ Home Inspections was wonderful. Jim was kind, professional, honest, and quick to send us our official documents. He was incredibly helpful as we asked questions above and beyond simply the inspection, but how to move forward with making adjustments based on his findings. He was thorough and easy to talk to.
