I placed an order for take out, picked it up, left 20% gratuity, get home to realize half my order was missing. Called them back and get told I would need to go back and get missing items. I told them It was too late and I shouldn’t have to drive back. I asked for refund and lash refused. She claimed she didn’t care about bad costumer service. Hung up! Do not order take out from this place- you will have missing items and will not get a refund.

All of the chicken is so hard and stringy and they forgot all of my rice but one side of it. It was so hard to eat we barely ate any of it. The flavor and coating was good, not sure what’s going on with the meat it seems to be wayyy over cooked. It cost me $63 with delivery for three entrees (only one side of white rice they forgot the other two fried rices) and a soup for two. Not worth it. The prices need to go down or the quality needs to go way up. I gave three stars because the soup was good and the service was nice. Hope they resolve the issue so we can try again.

Bought Mongolian Beef from the Lunch menu, the Styrofoam container was light, very light. Got home opened the box and saw 3 tablespoon of highly soyed fried rice, and three table spoons of the protein, also included one cocktail egg roll. Price almost 9 bucks. Mongolian Beef tasted like dessert. Too sweet. Threw the food in my dumpster. Called them and complained, was told they are in business for over 15 years....seriously can't imagine how ?????
