I just completed my first ever sale of a vehicle and still have never meet anyone in person who works directly with the company? I met with the car inspector, 1099, met the car hauler driver today, he was very nice as was the inspector, both contractors to the company, Car Buyers USA! Being 65 years old and having purchased and sold many vehicles, motorcycle, trucks, boats, homes and land in my lifetime, this is the first time I successfully completed a transaction with out ever meeting in person with a company representative who was making the purchase? This was very difficult for me and challenging for my business mindset, all of the alerts and alarms going off in my head?? However, I did complete the sale, we were paid the exact first agreed upon amount, to the penny and received the full amount two days before the pickup took place!! So I can now confirm the process worked, with both sides being 100% transparent in all matters and we are very happy with the outcome and will have no further issues using Car Buyers USA again as the opportunity comes up!! 100% can provide my full endorsement, honest and transparent and professional group of people who I have still not met yet!!
