I filled out an application about 2 weeks ago. They called me on 07/26/2021 while I was asleep (I’m a night time caregiver) and when I tried to return their calls no one answered. Which is fine since they may have been busy. In 2 days I called 4 times, sent 3 texts expressing my interest in the properties they had available, and sent 1 email. No one has yet to respond to me or reach out to me to even let me know if I was denied or approved. Every time I call it rings and gets sent to voicemail. I have tried once more today with the same issues. When they left their voicemails I figured it was great news I just missed their calls due to sleeping for work later on that night and I did the right thing and called them back as soon as possible and sent a text just as they said to do in the voicemails and no one has yet to return my calls or text me back as of 08/05/2021. Never seen rental properties do this.. And based off of several sites the properties are still available and ready to rent.

Kept a $1,300 deposit that was supposed to be returned and never fixed anything. All they care about is your money not the tenant. Definitely do not recommend! not a honest or professional business.

I have to do this so anyone in future dealing with this company don’t experience what we have. My boyfriend and I recently applied with company. We put in our app like the last week in September. I spoke with someone everything was good. I didn’t hear anything back from them for almost 3 weeks after I kept calling and leaving VM nothing ( Very unprofessional) then they finally emailed us back (no calls at all) they told they had a different property for us to view because the one we originally applied for the tenants decided to stay. We got approved but they required a “double” security deposit based off our credit history. Out of all the 4 companies we applied with only this company required a “double” deposit. Seems very money hungry as a property management. I bet who know that they wouldn’t allow their own children to accept a deal like that. The apartment wasn’t in the best condition to even try and charge us like that. In the original message he did mention higher security deposit but when he sent the price we assumed he sent us the total of what we needed to move in, this is where the miscommunication came in. Not once have we had a phone call with them during this process and only met someone one time I understand there’s a pandemic going on but you can call over the phone and not through email it’s more professional and makes us as tenants feel like your actually trying to work with us. I honestly do feel like because we’re young African Americans they felt like they could get over on us. It’s so sad that there’s ppl in the world like this I’m so glad we decided not to rent with them.
