FATZ Cafe

I went there for a date night w my boyfriend. The environment is so warm and cozy. It felt very much like I was at home. Stephen was our waiter. He was very friendly & approached us really quickly. There wasn't a long wait time any longer than 10 minutes. Great customer service. Great food. Great experience.

By far the worst dining experience i've ever had. Food took over an hour to get to the table. They were out of SEVERAL items. Then we got charged for having to upgrade our side (because they were out of fries). It took another 20 minutes just to pay... bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. I will never come back to this restaurant. I have already told my friends and family of this experience and hope they heed my warning as well.

On our recent visit the service has become poorly. Our server was completely disorganized in prioritizing on our needs, along with other customers were also complaining of the disorganizational skills.

Went to Fatz tonight for dinner and for the first time in a long time it was phenomenal. My server was Jenny Who was awesome tonight. She made sure to answer all my questions made sure our drinks stayed full. Then we got our food. The salad came out the lettuce was crisp tasted fresh like they just cut it. When the main course came out my steak was cooked perfect the first time it was juicy and flavorful. The shrimp was not rubbery it wasn’t too hot it was perfect I got the grilled shrimp. The potato was soft and fluffy not under cooked at all. The cooks tonight were Nick and Deb. They made the food to perfection and I am a very picky eater so that says a lot. I will definitely make this my first choice from now on. Thank you guys for an awesome night.
