I was not going to post a review here but rather submit a complaint with the BBB but after some thought, decided to post. Keeping in mind, this could just be me but I've had 2 encounters with Erica and will not use her again or recommend her and/or her services. My first encounter, I felt as if she was short, rude and somewhat entitled, but overlooked it as I like to think she was having a bad morning (7am appt). She told me that my dog attempted to bit her when she was combing his paws (assuming that she was rough with pulling out his knots) and told me I need to have him muzzled or she would need to call Animal control to have him quarantined for 10 days- I have used a mobile groomer for the past 7 years and have not had any major complaints so wasn't sure if this was a one off issue. I decided to go against my better judgement and try her again. This time I heard my dog screaming/crying as though he was being tortured, as I walked up to the trailer I heard her say 'SHUT UP'. I knocked on the door to let her know I was outside (she didn't open). but sent me a series of text trying to explain his screams and stress level. I would be writing a totally different review had I walked outside while my dog was screaming and would have liked to have heard her trying to calm my dog vs the abusive tone that I am more than she has used before. Be aware. Erica Your reply to my post which was posted 2 years ago is not what happened but if you feel good by your treatment and even better with your play by play reply then all I can do is warn pet owners to be warned. Wonder if it could have been something behind the disrespect 🤔

Horrible customer service. Not welcoming at all. Took half an hour for a terrible job. Will not be using them again. Waste of time and money.
