I would like to thank the technician Charles Thomas for paying attention to the weeds in my lawn and addressing my concerns. I didn’t have to seek him out doing my last visit on Friday 10/01/2021 he seek me out and address my issue very professional and polite. Usually I would have to approach other technicians before they hurry and drive off. In this case I didn’t, I hope he will be my regular lawn treatment technician relationship goes a long way plus it’s good business practice to have someone who knows your lawn and your expectations. I would like to also give praise to the office staff and the text I receive regarding my appointment I would to thank them for making notes on my account regarding my weeds issue and the professionalism they display. Hopefully we are going in the right direction regarding the weeds so I can give an 5 star rating on my next review. Service: Weed control

Alter is the best around. They explain to you what they're doing and why they're doing it. The staff is so nice and the people who come to take care of your yard are always polite and pleasant and very careful not to mess up your planted flowers or any yard decorations you may have Lamont always takes care of us real well and he explains to me what he's doing he's a very nice gentleman and I so highly recommend their work my yard has never been more beautiful ever and I've been here 8 years such a nice yard I have now I know the neighbors are jealous.
