        I have never left a review before. That being said, I was so impressed with Scott Hester Heating & Air that I felt inspired to do so. Scott calls back quickly and shows up at the time promised. He is a true technician, willing to diagnose and repair your Heating/AC unit with just the part(s) needed. In our case a relatively inexpensive circuit board. He is willing to answer all your questions and is very polite. We would not hesitate to call on him again. Nick Zebulon Georgia

        In the middle of this heat wave my 24 year old unit gave up the ghost. My wife is an asthmatic and this is the worst time of the year for her. Scott completely impressed me. 1) returned my call right away, 2) came out promptly, made the diagnosis and gave me the correct recommendation. 3) kept me informed constantly 4) showed back up on time got the job done super fast and I couldn't be happier. Scott Hester and Sons get my highest recommendation.

        Scott not only provided great service and the best price, he spent time before and during educating me on the repair to make an informed decision. Scott gave me the best price after shopping around many local businesses and had me up and running ASAP. He also took the time to explain my options, after which I thankful he did. I was convinced that I needed to install a larger unit, however now that the new (same size) unit is in, there is more than enough cold air in the house.
