        I've been here one year. The apartments are like me, old and rode hard. I've only had one maintenance issue and that was solved a day or 2 after I reported it. Other tenants are friendly though not overly social. Before signing up I checked with local police. They told me they did not have a crime problem. I was amazed how peaceful and quiet this place is.

        Do not come here because you'll will be lied to about why you didn't get approved I just think she didn't wont me there becauses i kept on asking her when is I'm going be approved I didn't approach her the wrong way she had me running to the office for my income papers back to back to only find out that I will be denied I will be going up there in asks the reality in thomaston why was I denied I think she is lying to me an I paid 25 dollar for and application fee
