We have been in this house going on 2 years. None of the work gets done properly or at all. Very cheap house for a lot of money paid. Still waiting for a new bathroom sink and wall that has black mold due to an undiscovered leak. They lie to you every call you make to them *Hannah*. Stay as far away from these homes as possible

SO NOW SABRINA IS HANDLING OUR HOME, ANOTHER WASTE. SHE HAD ARMANDO AND DAUGHTER COME TODAY TO INSTALL A BATHROOM STORAGE. WHILE ARMANDO AND DAUGHTER WERE AT MY HOUSE THEY TOOK PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE THAT THE LEAK UNDER BATHROOM SINK DID(MOLDED WALL AND WATER DAMAGE). SABRINA CALLED LATER TO SAY THEY WERE ALL DONE WITH US! UH,NO!! ARMANDO DID NOT EVEN SECURE THE CABINET BECAUSE HE SAID HE WOULD COME BACK ONCE THEY HAD THE OTHER PARTS AND EQUIPMENT THEY NEEDED. SABRINA SAYS IT'S NOT COVERED BECAUSE IT WAS NOT LISTED ON ORIGINAL ORDER. THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS ME AND MY DAUGHTER GOING THRU THE HOUSE BEFORE WE EVEN MOVED IN, JUST EYEBALLING THINGS. THE LEAK DIDN'T OCCUR UNTILL AFTER WE MOVED IN. I LET HER KNOW THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY, AND ALSO THREW IN A FEW CHOICE WORDS. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!

Do not buy do not buy do not buy. I cannot express enough please do not buy. Deception at its worst. Horrible built unworthy mobile homes that don't meet codes. They lie and say they are average of 10 on center. Opened up 24 on center. Roof trusses 24 on center using 7/16th osb. Smh this is so poorly built it sways in the wind. Junk. Town ordered us to remove it. Company would not refund. Absolute waste of money. The finance company in cohoots with them. Family lmao. Do not buy. They swindle seniors beware!
