        Broke down on I-24 with a busted hose called Jeff Pickett responded to my call very quickly an was right on spot with what was wrong with my truck,I will definitely call this company again I appreciate the work he done for a very reasonable price. Ready to go trucking#

        This was the second place we called, and one left us waiting 6 hours with a blowout on the highway. These guys left us 8 more hours and made excuses until they just stopped answering the phone.They did FINALLY show up and change the tire. Took two guys two hours to change one tire.

        I called Pickett's to fix a tire at 2:00 pm and called them back at least 5 times and each time was told they would be here in 20 or 30 minutes and it's been a hour and a half and still not here and the really bad part is I've been waiting for him to show up for four hours now so I had to call LOVES .....WILL NEVER CALL PICKETT'S AGAIN THEY ARE A JOKE

        If you're broke down on the side of the road and you want to pay for company call them because they are unequipped to do any repair or do any diagnostic on your rig.
