Always a great selection of samples, very attentive to our needs and the finish product is spectacular. Have used Andy for years and expect to keep our relationship for years to come. Super professional and efficient!

We had a great experience with Andy and his crew. 1. From what I've heard, this company has some bigger commercial contracts, however our little mobile home flooring project was treated as importantly as anything else, and it was clear that our satisfaction is important. 2. Everything was done not only within the timeframe we wanted, but it was actually finished early. 3. I am a teacher who was home from work during the time we installed floors. Because I had the time and also the fact that I'm the picky one, I was the one who worked with Andy during this process. He never acted like I was a dumb woman, which is unfortunately kinda rare in this area! Also, the floors look great! Definitely recommended this business.

According to the NCEA, National Center on Elder Abuse, this is FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION, a type of elder abuse. My elderly Aunt, Emma Drury, had Andy’s Custom Shower & Floor Installation, LLC or Andy’s Custom Shower, LLC install luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout her home in Folkston, GA for a cost of over $5,000. When asked about a moisture barrier before installation Andy Beecher told her that it was unnecessary and that it was built into the product. Well, after approximately two years the floors are buckling at the seams due to moisture coming from the bare concrete underneath and need to be replaced. The description of the flooring on his estimate boasts “Life time warranty against water, mold, and mildew.” It also states “All labor comes with a 5-year installation warranty.” They came out and put blue paper tape over all of the seams that are damaged for an independent “third party” to assess the damage. A gentleman from Lake City, FL came out and looked at the floors but wouldn’t leave a business card, or any paperwork identifying his company, credentials, or findings. She was told that she would be receiving his findings in writing in three weeks. Never happened. Andy told her later that he wasn’t going to replace anything and blamed it on her “wheelchair and moisture.” Not that it should matter but she has only been using a wheelchair recently due to a foot injury and subsequent surgery. Before that she used a walker around the house. Interesting fact, both bathrooms (where water is used frequently) still have the original linoleum underneath the flooring he installed and they are in perfect condition, no buckling. I’m not an expert but it seems like the original linoleum underneath may be acting as a moisture barrier, go figure. This guy should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of the elderly. Also, he doesn’t have the common courtesy to return to remove all of the blue tape he put over the moisture damaged seams (and it’s a lot of area) that oddly enough are also in areas with no traffic (foot or wheelchair). As mentioned, his estimate boasts a “Lifetime warranty” on his products but doesn’t include the name of the company who manufactured the flooring so that we can follow up with them. No response from Andy or his company since delivering the bad news to my aunt. This is only the first of the many bad reviews Andy’s Custom Shower & Floor Installation, LLC or Andy’s Custom Shower, LLC (listed as both on google?) will be receiving before going to the Better Business Bureau as well as seeking legal action. Don’t do business with this guy!In regard to your response below: Thanks for finally sending us the report on June 4, 2023, from the importer of the product (not the actual manufacturer) that actually states “subfloor elevated vapor emissions and wheelchair” are the cause of the damage. Funny how you keep leaving that part out because you should have installed a moisture barrier. As you’ve stated in your responses to other reviews “let’s get the facts straight.” The wheelchair couldn’t have done that much damage in a matter of months without the moisture damage. We keep asking for the actual manufacturer and brand of the product you installed and not the importer of that product. Why won’t you provide the specifics for the product you installed so that we may contact them and find out if they recommend a moisture barrier and get the actual specifications for installation. Sounds like you may have something to hide. Was their a recall on the product or are you afraid we may get the answers to the questions you’re not answering?

Please remove this comment, it was explained to you that we are not at fault for the issue. The inspector clearly said there were no issues with installation. The cause is from use of wheelchair.
