Don't miss a payment. Your mistake will cost you dearly.I did not intentionally not pay. I thought I was up to date on payment but was not my mistake. No warning of stopping services, they will burn your butt for a mistake. To get my cart back and resume services it cost over 200.00. Good service but not much respect for mistakes by customers. Management needs to change to not being so greedy.

These jokers decided to compact the trash truck and squeeze 50 or more gallons of disgusting trash juice across the entire 100 ft section directly in front of my home in Waycross Ga. I called and pleaded with them to no end. There customer service is horrible and non responsive. I was promise a call back from a supervisor within 48 hrs and 2 weeks later still have not heard a peep. Do not use their services or you'll more than likely regret it like I did. A pox on their heads I say......... Service: General junk removal

Have called 9 times to get 9 different answers about setting up an account and get something different every single time also paid the 254.00 balance for them to come pick up the garbage and they still won’t come I would not recommend them at all! I NEVER give reviews but this however is Ridiculous!

I am going on 5 weeks with a container with no wheels. It was broken during by the trash truck, and therefore I cannot roll it to my house. I have been carrying my trash to the street to put it in the can, as the office asked me to leave it where it was picked up so they could replace it. I have to carry it about 600 feet. I have been promised 5 times that it was on the daily schedule and they would be there before the end of day. No one has ever showed, or called. I have made multiple calls asking for help, and nothing. I have asked for the supervisor, and was told they could not transfer my call. I have never seen anything like this, it’s unbelievable! Today I was once again promised that they would bring it next Wed., that’s 5 days away. Which makes it over 5 weeks! Awful customer service!
