Oh. Oh. I've had the same difficulty. I was referred by my Primary and have been trying for 3 days and multiple messages just to get an appointment July 22, 2020 because I couldn't find another opportunity to update my review. It has not gotten any better. I feel as though they're throwing pills like spaghetti on to the refrigerator - "let's see what sticks" I have been the one to request various medication and/or dosage change. Most recently I asked their help in prescribing an emotional support animal. They refused my request, stating (without meeting my dog) because he is a German Shepherd. They claimed he is a dangerous breed. I am 66 years old. I have had German Shepherds since I was six. I do not feel emotionally supported by a chihuahua. They are prejudiced and cemented in their backward ways. An example: when I first became a patient of Dr. Mehdi his diagnosis of whether or not I was depressed, "are you able to keep your house clean? Are you able to shop for groceries and take care of your family?" This is his diagnosis of a healthy woman.... A subservient woman. Do not go here unless like me you have no choice

I love this location and specifically the NP Olu. Busy practice and sometimes hard to get them on the phone on certain days but office staff or the NP herself always returns my call if I leave a voicemail for them. Would definitely recommend to any friends needing a psychiatrist.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would! I have tried for a week to get into contact with the Neuro Behavioral Health office to schedule a two month follow up. I have left multiple messages and call daily because my necessary medications will run out without refill next week. I even had my pharmacy try to contact their office but no luck. Thankfully, I have made an appointment with my GP and will get better medication care. My therapist recommended their office as most places have an 8-week wait. I will let her know not to recommend Neuro Behavioral to her clients when they are in need. Hopefully they have gone out of business and this is the cause for their dismal communication. Do not give this office your time, money or mental health.
