I have been to this location many times but my experience yesterday evening ensured I will never return. I'm not sure what has happened, but this place has gone downhill severely. I should have known to walk out the door when we were seated and almost busted our hind ends due to the chairs sliding out from under us because of the greasy floors. The hibachi cook was terrible, absolutely no interaction, no show, no speaking, nothing. Watching fast food cooks behind the counter from a distance is more entertainment than we received. On top of it, the food was terrible. I'm pretty sure the yum yum sauce was spoiled as it tasted soured, like vinegar and lemon juice. The sushi roll i got was soggy. The rice was musty tasting, the vegetables we got were a plate full of cabbage, one piece of broccoli, a few pieces of zucchini and a couple shredded carrots thrown in. The meats were flavorless and cooked dry. The first 2 drinks I ordered were "unavailable" due to not having the ingredients so I settled for a peach margarita. It was nothing more than cheap tequila mixed with water and a lime thrown on top, no margarita or peach. Worst experience I have ever had at a Japanese steakhouse. Will not return and will be sure to let everyone I know not to waste their money on returning, as it has deteriorated tremendously and isn't worth the mandatory gratuity, much less the price of the meals.
