      image I purchased a laptop . I gave explicit instructions on what I wanted and what I needed. The tech added by upsale to me, Microsoft 360. My fault I should have held firm at nope. I went back after purchase and they removed it . Now I can't load apps onto laptop called back no help . Messaged tech support no answer. I am going back Friday to get a full refund. I advised them I only wanted basic computer so I could do banking media etc
